To receive your personalised Golden Moments promotional mousemat or mug you must supply a photograph of your Golden Moment on a CD in JPEG format. One image only per disk please. Multiple images on the same disk will not be accepted. PLUS you must also supply the following: i) a cheque for £5.40 (€9 in ROI) per mug , and £5.85 (€10 in ROI) per mousemat ii) two promotional pack stickers from special packs of Golden Drummers or Mini Drummers per item required iii) your name, full address including post code, phone number on a plain piece of paper stating the number of mugs and mousemats required from your photo, (or the printed and completed order form from the website) iv) a cheque made payable to ‘Golden Moments’ for the correct amount.
You must be resident in the UK, ROI, Channel Islands or Isle of Man to participate.
All orders must be posted to: Golden Moments, PO Box 111, Welshpool, SY21 7WS
If you require your CD to be returned, please supply a suitable SAE with correct postage.
All orders must be received by 14/01/07.
Orders received after this date will not be processed.
Please allow 30 days for delivery.
The promotional mug is ceramic, with your picture printed on one side of the mug.
The promotional mousemat is made of black foam rubber, measuring 23 x 19cm.
No responsibility can be accepted for applications lost, damaged or delayed in the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
By entering the promotion, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and by any other requirements set out in promotional material.
The decision of the Promoters in all matters shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
