- Entrants must be resident in the UK, ROI, Channel Islands or Isle of Man. Entrants aged under 16 must have the permission of a parent or guardian to enter. The promotion is not open to employees (and their families) of Bernard Matthews, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. Applications from agents / third parties are invalid.
- Entry is via website or promotional leaflets completed and returned to sampling staff in selected supermarkets only. Entries received by any other means (including postal) will be excluded. All eligible entries will be entered into the draws. The promoter reserves the right to alter Golden Moment stories and reject entries which are inappropriate. Selected entries may also be shown on the website.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which, due to a technical error or any other reason are lost, delayed, incomplete or illegible.
- All eligible entries received throughout the promotion will be entered into the draw to win a trip to Australia.
- There is one main prize to be won consisting of a family holiday to Australia’s Gold Coast and Sydney for 4 people. Prize includes Economy flights from London to Sydney, from Sydney to Brisbane and Brisbane to London and including transfers between hotel and airports, 4 nights 4* hotel accommodation in Sydney and 10 nights 4* hotel accommodation in Brisbane, sharing a family room, daily breakfast, car hire, comprehensive travel insurance and £2000 spending money. Holiday must be taken before 31 December 2007 excluding Christmas, Easter and all Bank Holidays.
- There is also a digital camcorder to be won in each of 8 weekly draws between 25/09/06 and 28/11/06 inclusive, for entries via website only.
- Participants may enter into as many of each of the draws as they wish, but no person or household may win more than one camcorder.
- Camcorder winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries in the relevant draw. The draws will be independently supervised. Unsuccessful entries in any one draw will not be carried forward to subsequent weekly draws.

- No cash or other alternative prizes are available, and the holiday prize may only be taken by the winner in person unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter.
- In the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
